First Aid Kit for Pets

The contents of a first aid kit can be placed inside a plastic storage container or tackle box. Stay calm to keep your pet calm and be able to properly help. Call your veterinarian for his advice. Before you begin first aid, make sure to muzzle your pet for his safety and yours.

If you do not have a muzzle, you can make one from an ace bandage, a cloth belt, or neck tie. Wrap the bandage carefully over the nose, criss-crossing under the mouth and then tie around the head behind the ears being careful not to make it too tight or too loose.

Place the following contents in a plastic storage container or tackle box.
